Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF/ ΔΕΘ) is considered one of the most significant Exhibitions in Europe, taking place yearly in September. Every year, INN researchers participate in TIF, in the pavilion of the Ministry of Development & Investments. The INN research groups participate in TIF with interactive exhibits and informational material regarding the research achievements that have direct impact on the citizens life and may be scaled-up for production and market purposes. These include for instance applications for food safety, clean water, enhancement of environmental quality, construction materials, medicine and health. INN pavilion attracts about 80-100.000 visitors per year, including both citizens and industrial/business attendees.
