Materials engineering and cleanroom nanofabrication processes

Chloi Zormpa is currently a Master’s student in Nanotechnology at the Royal Institute of Technology (K.T.H.), where she is completing her thesis on cleanroom CMOS processing for high-temperature applications. She holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.). She is currently working as a process engineer and technical associate in the Plasma Group at the Institute of Nanoscience & Nanotechnology – N.C.S.R. “Demokritos”, contributing to the funded projects PlasmaForNano, PlasmAI, and, more recently, EXERCISE.
