With the magnetic scanner, we can measure the magnetic field at the surface of planar sample (object). The magnetic field components are measured with the help of Hall, GMR and magnetooptical sensors. The sensor is located by means of a XY-stage, controlled with two step motors. Data are collected using a homemade labview software.
