ABOUT/BIOGRAPHY
Christina Zacharaki is a PhD student at Epitaxy and Surface Science Laboratory (ESSL), headed by Dr. A. Dimoulas, in collaboration with Physics Department of University of Athens. She obtained her BSc in Physics in 2014 and her MSc. in Condensed Matter Physics and Material Science in 2017 from the same department. For her MSc thesis, she performed a theoretical study on the electronic structure of planar organic molecules with linear combination of orbitals. Since 2018 at ESSL, she works on the growth and structural and electrical characterization of HfO2-based ferroelectrics and electronic devices (ferroelectric Field-Effect Transistors and ferroelectric memristors) based on these materials for non-volatile memories. She has (co)authored scientific publications in peer reviewed journals and participated in international scientific conferences.
