ABOUT/BIOGRAPHY
Georgia (Zeta) Stavromitrou is a PhD student at the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the National Technical University of Athens. She is a graduate of the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences (SAMPS) of the National Technical University of Athens. She has experience in dielectric spectroscopy measurements and differential scanning calorimetry and has worked on the dielectric properties of amorphous polymers and their interactions with water. She holds a master's degree from the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program "Microsystems and Nano-devices" at the National Technical University of Athens and has worked on the processing of polymeric membranes using plasma technology, with the aim of improving their wetting properties and their use in membrane distillation and wastewater treatment.
