Miss Stefania Piskopani-Karaiskou graduated the Chemistry Department (2019) of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (UOA) and conducted her bachelor thesis in the field of analytical chemistry (2019) from UOA in collaboration with NCSR “Demokritos” under the supervision of professor N. Thomaidis and Dr. E. Bizani with the guidance of Dr. A. Hiskia. The undergraduate thesis was titled ‘’Photocatalytic activity of modified immobilized TiO₂ surfaces and application for the degradation of sucralose’’. From 10/2019 to 7/2020 she worked as a R&D analyst in Pharma-Data S.A. and from 7/2020 to 8/2021 she worked as a R&D analyst and formulator in Uni-pharma pharmaceutical laboratories S.A. Currently, she is doing a master degree in Vrije Universitate Amsterdam, named ‘Drug Discovery and Safety’ within the specialization ‘Synthesis of Drugs’.
