The Quantum Design Physical Properties Measuring System (PPMS) is an open architecture research equipment, working at variable temperature and magnetic field environments. Designed to perform avariety of automated measurements. In our instrument we can change the magnetic fields up to ±9 T and to collect magnetic, resistivity and heat capacity data, in the temperature range of 1.9 -400 K.
