Applications
This unit can be used to separate, identifyand quantify each component in a complex liquid mixture, such as environmentalor biological samples, as well as mixtures of synthetic chemicals, pharmaceuticals, extracts of natural products etc.

Technical Specifications
HPLC-PDA system is consisted of an Alliance e2695 Separation module with LC pump, automated sample injection system and oven for temperature control of the chromatographic column connected to a Waters 2998 photo diode array (PDA) detector (Water Corporation, Milford, Massachusetts, USA). System is equipped with a Waters fraction manager for the collection of liquid fractions after chromatographic separation and PDA detection. The PDA detector can scan a range of wavelengths that allows detection of a compound (that absorbs to UV-vis) and determination of the compound purity or related impurity peak eluting during an HPLC separation.
