Fabrication of Micro-supercapacitors compatible with Si technology, ZnO UV photodetectors, porous Si synthesis and applications

Niki Kagiara received her Diploma (MEng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with field of concentration “Electronics and Systems”. She is currently a PhD candidate at NTUA and conducts her research in collaboration with NCSR “Demokritos”. Her main research interests revolve around the synthesis of integrated micro-supercapacitors using nanostructured materials for energy storage applications.
