ABOUT/BIOGRAPHY
MSc Panagiotis - Ioannis Loukas graduated from Department of Physics of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2017. His Bachelor Thesis was focused on the Characterization of nanostructures and surfaces with the usage of Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). He obtained his Master in Microsystems and Nanodevices from the School of AMPS at National Technical University of Athens in 2021. He did his Master Thesis in the measurement and analysis of RTN signal in silicon nitride (Si3N4) ReRAM. Currently, he is a Research Assistant on contract at INN of Demokritos - National Centre of Scientific Research working in the project RADAR funded by GSRI. His research focuses on electrical characterization of ReRAM and memristive devices with emphasis on low-frequency noise characterization. He has one publication in peer review journal and one article in conference proceedings volume.
