ABOUT/BIOGRAPHY

Ms Tamara Dulic holds a Bachelor Degree in biology with MSc. equivalent in microbiology (2012) from the Department of Biology and Ecology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She worked also as research assistant (2013-2016) at the same University and since 2016 she is a PhD candidate in biochemistry at the Åbo Akademi University, Turku, Finland. She visited the Group of Photo- Catalytic Processes and Environmental Chemistry for two months (Sep-Oct 2013) in the frame of a short scientific mission (STSM) funded by the CYANOCOST ES1105 COST Action. She worked on a proposal titled “Study of the bioaccumulation of cyanotoxins in plant and animal tissues”. The general purpose of this STSM was her training in advanced analytical techniques (LC-MS, HPLC, ELISA) for the detection and quantitative determination of cyanotoxins in plant and animal tissues.
