HPLC-PDA system is consisted of an Alliance e2695 Seperation module with LC pump, automated sample injection system and oven for temperature control of the chromatographic column connected to a Waters 2998 photo diode array (PDA) detector (Water Corporation, Milford, Massachusetts, USA). System is equipped with a Waters fraction manager for the collection of liquid fractions after chromatographic separation and PDA detection. PDA detector can scans a wavelength range that enables to detect a compound (that absorbs to UV) and to determine the purity of the compound or related impurity peak eluting during an HPLC separation.
