The laboratory is also equipped with optical tables, spectrophotometers and optical parts for the development of dedicated experimental setups of optical characterization of structures and devices depending on the research needs and tasks of the group.

The fabrication of the optical biosensors and the oxide-based devices is performed at the centrally-managed Clean Room Facility of INN, while the development of the metal oxide nanostructures takes place in the common Micromachining Laboratory.
