Processing and Characterization equipment

The Circuits and Devices for Sensor Networks and Systems group operates within the framework of the larger Nanoelectronics, Photonics & Microsystems Program which runs a unique, within Greece, national silicon nanofabrication processing lab in a clean room area of 300 sq. meters capable of sub-10nm nanopatterning. The group leverages on the capabilities of this lab as well as its satellite micromachining and characterization labs to deliver state of the art devices and systems. Furthermore, the group hosts a number of electrical characterization equipment including an SMU, RF and signal generators, Fieldfox spectrum and network analyzers as well as a number of multimeter, power sources and NI DAQs , Digital I/O and GPIB cards.
