ABOUT/BIOGRAPHY

Dr Noura Alice HAMMOUD holds a Master degree in Marine Biology and Ecology and received her PhD in the field of Environmental Chemistry in 2021 from the UNIVERSITE DE PAU ET DES PAYS DE L’ADOUR, France. During her PhD studies, she has spent one year in the Laboratory of Photo- Catalytic Processes and Environmental Chemistry, INN, NCSR-DEMOKRITOS  investigating the presence of cyanotoxins and other cyanobacterial metabolites in water and fish samples from Lake Karaoun, Lebanon using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry. She has one publication in Toxins journal.
