Magneto-optical Kerr microscopy and magnetometry Kerr microscope and magnetometer of EvicoMagnetics equipped with a continuous flow LHe cryostat for low temperature measurements (5-350K). The microscope uses white and colored LED light sources and is equipped with parallel and perpendicular electromagnets 1T and 110mT respectively. The microscope is also equipped with correction of Faraday effects and piezo stage for drift correction, which makes it suitable for magnetic domain imaging.
