Renishaw inVia dispersive micro-Raman spectrometer

A dispersive Renishaw in-Via Reflex spectrometer (with 250 mm focal length and a high sensitivity, deep depletion CCD detector) records the micro-Raman spectra in the 30-3200 cm- 1 frequency range. The laser beam (visible at 514.5 nm or near-infrared at 785 nm) is focused on the sample’s surface using an appropriate objective lens of a Leica DMLM microscope (from x5 to x100). The same objective is used in order to collect the scattered light.
