VCM600 Thermal Vacuum Evaporator uses a resistive heat source to evaporate a solid material in a vacuum environment to form a thin film very high quality and uniformity with very strong contact on the substrate. The system includes a TURBO pump with FULL informative Controller, a Pirani - Cold Plasma Vacuum measuring unit with controller, the substrate holder, the thermal source heating system (High Power), safety interlocks and full system control.
