The chemistry laboratory is equipped to carry out fine chemical synthesis under controlled atmosphere (Schlenk line, vacuum pumps), standard wet chemistry and appropriate equipment for chemical synthesis. It is also equipped with a Co-60 underwater irradiator (γ-ray source).

Synthesis of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) derivatives using sol-gel chemistry.
